Delegates

Taking into account that the number of places and the donation fund for Wave Week Moldova is limited we will select the most qualified applicants. Early application is advised, as all applications will be considered on a rolling basis, first-come, first-serve principle. If places are filled up by the priority deadline, the 2nd round of applications might be closed.

There are 2 rounds for registration:

• 10 April- 31 May: Priority registration (1st round of applications)
  
• 31 May- 25 June: Late registration (2nd round of applications)
  Applications after the deadline will not be considered.

After you complete the Application form, send it to waveweek.md@gmail.com with the mention "Wave Week Moldova Application". If you do not receive a confirmation email of receipt within 1 week, please inquire. You will then be contacted for an interview. Finalists will have to transfer the participation fee on the bank account no later than 1 week after receiving the acceptance letter. Final list of accepted delegates will be available no later than 3 July 2011, but earlier when possible.

The Application Deadline for SiTs is 20 May. If you are applying to be a SiT, the participation fee will be reduced to 560 lei. SIT rates are only open to returning delegates who apply for an SIT position and are accepted.
